Standard decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 1-2 weeks for specialized freight handling and delivery scheduling.
Do you offer international shipping for home goods?
Currently, Ariel ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
